Recogemos los datos que nos facilitas: email, respuestas del cuestionario (preferencias de viaje, fechas, presupuesto) y, en caso de compra, los datos de pago que gestiona Stripe (no almacenamos tu tarjeta).

Compartimos datos únicamente con los proveedores necesarios para el servicio: Stripe (pagos), Brevo (correo) y Google/Gemini (generación del plan). No vendemos tus datos.

5. Tus derechos

Puedes acceder, rectificar, suprimir u oponerte al tratamiento de tus datos escribiéndonos a hola@ibizaexperienceclub.es.

6. Conservación

Conservamos tus datos el tiempo necesario para prestarte el servicio y cumplir obligaciones legales.

Wir erheben die von dir angegebenen Daten: E-Mail, Quiz-Antworten (Reisevorlieben, Daten, Budget) und beim Kauf die von Stripe verarbeiteten Zahlungsdaten (wir speichern deine Karte nicht).

Wir teilen Daten nur mit den für den Dienst nötigen Anbietern: Stripe (Zahlungen), Brevo (E-Mail) und Google/Gemini (Planerstellung). Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht.

Du kannst auf deine Daten zugreifen, sie berichtigen, löschen oder der Verarbeitung widersprechen, indem du an hola@ibizaexperienceclub.es schreibst.

6. Aufbewahrung

Wir bewahren deine Daten so lange auf, wie es zur Erbringung des Dienstes und zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten nötig ist.
